Douglas Scott Hendrickson, age 62, passed away on April 2, 2025, in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Born on February 14, 1963, in Bloomington, Indiana, to the late Joseph (Joe) Hendrickson and Evelyn Moore Hendrickson, Douglas was a loving son, father, and grandfather whose memory will forever be cherished.

Douglas was a man of many passions, finding joy in hunting, shooting, and tinkering in the garage with anything that had a motor. He was a skilled craftsman and took pride in his ability to fix and build things with his own hands. His dedication to his work shone through the years, as he worked tirelessly as a crew chief supervisor, often putting in 60 to 70 hour weeks.

Douglas leaves behind a legacy of hard work and commitment. He was a loving and devoted father to his two sons, Douglas Scott Hendrickson Jr. and Joshua Aaron Hendrickson, and a proud grandfather to his granddaughters, Allie and Ella. His family meant the world to him, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

In this time of mourning, we extend our heartfelt sympathy to Douglas's family and loved ones. May his memory bring comfort and strength, and may he forever rest in peace.

Indiana Green Burial is in charge of arrangements. A celebration of life will be held at the Bedford church camp at a later date.

Douglas will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
