With the heaviest heart and deep sadness, we announce the passing of Jimmy Alexander Young, who passed away on July 28, 2026, at the age of 40, after a courageous battle with cancer. For more than a year, Jimmy battled with  strength, determination, and love, fighting as long and as he could.

Born on July 28, 1986, in San Antonio, Texas, Jimmy touched the lives of so many with his calm and curious nature, caring, considerate and thoughtful heart. He was the kind of person who was always willing to lend a helping hand where he could, be a non-judgemental ear, say a joke at the worst time,  listen when someone needed him most.

Jimmy is survived by his brother, Bobby, and Bobby's wife, Rose; his longtime best friend, Jacob, who was truly like a brother to him; his loving aunts, Denise, Kim, Angel, Amber, and Christy; his Grandpa Franklin; and family members and friends in Washington and Texas who will hold his memory.

Jimmy also leaves behind his partner, Mary, and her children, Sidney, Sage, and Sophia, whom he loved deeply and guided with a huge impact on their live. He embraced them as family, and the time he shared with them will be irreplaceable. 

Jimmy will be remembered for the incredible courage he showed throughout his fight. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
