Joan L. West-Hollen, 86, Mitchell, passed away at IU Health University Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana, November 12, 2020 at 8:36 a.m., after a brief illness.

Joan was born November 8, 1935 to Walter and Gladys Frampton at Huntington, West Virginia. She is survived by her husband, Charles W. Hollen, Jr.; One niece and nephews. Cremation Rites have been accorded.
