Kevin L. Robertson

Kevin L. Robertson, 61, of Bloomington, Indiana, passed away on May 13, 2026, at Aperion Care Monroe. Born June 26, 1964, in Bloomington, Kevin spent his entire life in the community he loved.

Kevin dedicated his career to the craft he loved as a cabinet and countertop maker at Laminated Tops in Smithville, Indiana. Earlier in life, he enjoyed hunting, leather work, and spending time outdoors. In recent years, he found happiness in the comfort of home and in caring for his cats.

He is survived by his sisters, Marcella Deckard (Mark) of Winter Haven, Florida, Tammy Robertson of Bloomington, Penni LeMasters (Chris) of San Diego, California, sister-in-law Patty Robertson of Bloomington, several nieces and nephews, and his best friend of nearly 50 years, George Rogers.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Reva Wineinger, stepfather Fred Wineinger, brother Roger Robertson, father Leonard Robertson, and stepmother Mary Robertson.

Kevin will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, love of simple pleasures, and the quiet life he built around the people and things he cared about most.

Kevin did not want a funeral, but donations may be made in his name to the Monroe County Humane Association.
